Review the state of a Business Intelligence implementation
One of Australia’s largest Port Service companies engaged Adaptive Consulting to review the state of a Business Intelligence system that was being implemented over their Workforce Management system.
Upon review Adaptive Consulting identified several areas of the implemented solution that were not working to requirements and recommended strategies to rectify these issues. A detailed report was provided to the client in order to assist them in their negotiations with the vendor about a way forward.
Adaptive Consulting continues to be engaged by this client to assist with a range of Project Management and Business Analysis services, on top of it’s existing Business Intelligence expertise.
